Leadership & Culture Transformation for Unprecedented Results
Experience the Ethical
Influence Model
Our video series presents a refreshingly practical, participant-centered, actionable roadmap for lasting, extraordinary results.
Step 1. Create your New State of Peak Performance
Watch Keith walk you through the first step of the four-step Ethical Influence Model. We start with a visual and mental focus on who you need to become to achieve what you want. Support the focus with the language you speak to yourself and others. As a result, your ‘I am’ statements become your identity.
Step 2. Claim Your Power to Own & Solve Problems
In Step 2, you ask, “what am I doing to cause this result?” to consciously acknowledge that you are, in fact, powerful enough to influence the situation. Seek answers to “what must I change to change what is happening?” to claim the power and responsibility to affect change fully.
Step 3. Ask Better Questions to Drive Better Results
Keith shows you how to break the pattern of listening for what you can get and instead start listening for what you can give. Ask questions with genuine curiosity to learn what is most important to others. Prioritize their #1 need to create better experiences and results.
Step 4. Live & Lead Courageously and Generously
In the final part of the Ethical Influence model, Keith demonstrates a sustainable model of honoring and serving others. By being courageously clear and honest about what you are asking for and why, embracing contributive communication and generously exploring what you can contribute rather than gain.

ServiceTitan Announces $500 Million Investment Led By Tiger Global Management and Sequoia Capital Global Equities
Who knew building a vertical software-as-a-service toolkit focused on home heating and cooling could be worth $8.3 billion? Founded just eight years ago, is worth now, thanks to some massive tailwinds around homebuilding and energy efficiency. As Senior Director of Executive Success, Keith has guided and developed their executive leadership through an explosive growth strategy.
Hi! I'm Keith.
Early on, I ‘adopted’ an identity of someone who didn’t care. As identity drives beliefs and actions, I found myself not taking the actions I needed to be where I needed to be. I failed myself from an incomplete college degree into a career in plumbing. It was during my journey as a salesman, apprentice, technician and eventually trainer, I discovered that while we all learn and apply differently, our ability to be aware of and influence our own identity drives the outcome we want for ourselves and our organizations.
Through speaking, coaching, training and consulting, I serve leaders to transform their identity to influence the culture and performance of their businesses. In the past 8 years I've spoken to nearly 20,000 people on the topics of leadership, influence, sales, and personal development. I've spent over 7,000 hours in front of audiences mastering the art and science of facilitation and engagement, and the remaining time obsessing over how to be better. As a coach, trainer and consultant, over 600 businesses and hundreds of leaders have given me the privilege of being their guide as they transformed their own leadership identity and led unprecedented growth for their teams.
This work has given me the chance to share the stage with some of the most brilliant minds I’ve ever encountered, including John Maxwell, Pat Lencioni, Gino Wickman, Robert Cialdini, Joe Navarro, Les Brown, Lior Suchard, David Rendall, and Vinh Giang. If there are names on that list you don’t know, please look them up, hire them, and learn from them. They are extraordinary.
Likely lesser known names, but even more exceptional, are the friends and colleagues who have supported me through every turn. Dan Friesen, Sheri Bennefeld, Dave Boduch, Gina Baratto, Jack Tester, Julian Scadden, Jason Kunz, Josh Neumann, Brendan Finn, Nate Bleu, Tyler Lorenzen, Bobby Hamilton, and Lauren and Jon Nykvist have fed my knowledge, shaped my character, and engrained my commitment more than they may ever know.
Above all, my work continues to be supported and humbled by my beautiful and brilliant wife, Brynn, who reminds me, consistently to...
...live the message I share.
